What's the difference between Team and Business?+
Both include the control plane, Sign, Support Tickets, Time & Labor, the intelligence loop, and full ABAC. Business is the ROI tier: priority support, guided onboarding, access-review ops, and higher agent throughput — so multi-dept teams get help to run the plane, not extra seats of Sign.
What counts as a seat?+
One licensed user. All 15 base modules are included for every seat on every plan — there are no per-module base fees.
Are the add-ons required?+
